WHAT IS FACIAL REJUVENATION ACUPUNCTURE?
Facial Rejuvenation Acupncture, also known as Cosmetic Acupuncture, and Acupuncture Facelift is an ancient treatment utilized by the Imperial Court of China, as early as the Sung Dynasty (960 AD to 1270 AD).
Facial Rejuvenation is more than just a cosmetic procedure. It is a rejuvenation and revitalization process designed to make both the face and entire body look and feel younger. This process is based on the principles of Chinese Medicine where specific acupuncture points are utilized to enhance the circulation of Qi (energy) within the body.
Points are chosen according to your underlying health and energy balances which contribute to the aging process.
Though this process does not replace an actual surgical facelift, this treatment can erase as many as 5 to 15 years from the face with results apparent after even the very first treatment.

HOW MANY TREATMENTS WILL I NEED?
First, full treatment consists of an Initial Series with follow up maintenance treatments.
The Initial Series can consist of 3 to 12 treatments, administered once per week or as frequently as every 48 hours, if the patient is healthy and can tolerate the treatments.
The total number of required sessions will depend on your age as well as your body's response.
For example, 20-year-olds may only need 1-3 treatments to complete their Initial Series, with maintenance sessions every change of season.
For individuals in their 30's, their Initial Series may only consist of 4 -6 treatments with follow up maintenance sessions either monthly or every 3 months. This will differ from patient to patient.
40 year olds Initial Series may consist of 6-9 treatments, with monthly maintenance treatments.
For individuals aged from 50-70 years of age, their Initial Series may require 9-12 treatments for their Initial Series with monthly maintenance.
HOW SOON WILL I SEE RESULTS AND HOW LONG WILL IT LAST?
Results may be seen as early as immediately after the first treatment. The most dramatic results are often noticed by others after the fifth treatment.
Effects can last 5 to 10 years with regular maintenance sessions and maintaining healthy lifestyle. Fine lines may be entirely eliminated and deeper wrinkles diminished. Under eye bags can be reduced, jowls firmed, puffiness eliminated, droopy eyelids lifted, double chins minimized, and frown lines reduced.
Those who follow a monthly maintenance program often notice even more rejuvenating effects a year later.
