PRE-PAID DISCOUNT PROGRAMS
Silver Package, 4 visits Pre Paid = Only $300
Gold Package, 6 visits Pre Paid = Only $420
Please schedule one appointment on-line and we will schedule the remaining visits in person.
Packages expire within 6 months after purchase.
Packages may be shared with family members who have already been seen at the clinic. Confirmation of services transfer to family members must occur prior to services rendered to family members.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking an appointment online is a contract for services between you and Gloria’s Acupuncture and Wellness Clinic, LLC. I understand that emergencies and unforeseen events happen in life and as such I ask that you please give a cancellation notice no less than 24 hours in advance allowing me to offer that available time to another client. If the visit is not cancelled 24 hours in advance or if the appointment is missed you will be responsible for the full charge of the treatment.
